He won in Monaco, he wins in Monza

One of the interviewers, addressing Charles who was seated alongside Lewis and Nico in the media room, asked, “A question for Charles. I hope I’m not being disrespectful with this question, but it is about your little sister. Why is Monza her first race appearance and not Monaco, and why did it take so long for her to attend a race weekend?”

It was Thursday, and the only topic on everyone’s lips was the attendance of YN Caroline Pascale Florence Leclerc. When the Leclerc family entered the paddock today, the sight of the young Monegasque girl walking between her older brothers not only surprised the fans but also caught the media’s attention, as it was her first-ever Formula 1 appearance.

Charles responded to the first part of the question with a smile, "Ah, yes. I’ve been asked that a lot today. Well, it’s actually quite simple. My sister wasn’t in Monaco to see the race in person because she was at home with our grandmother, watching the race together. Since the start of my Formula 1 career, my sister and grandmother have always watched the races together at my grandmother’s home. There are a couple of reasons for this tradition: 1. My sister was too young to attend the paddock a few years ago. With all the media and fans, it would have been quite overwhelming for her. 2. My grandmother isn’t very healthy anymore, so it’s easier for her to stay at home, where it’s cooler, and she can relax in peace. So, this has become their Monaco Race tradition, and I wouldn’t want to ruin that just because people are wondering where YN is."

Before Charles could address the second part of the question, Lewis interjected, preventing the reporters from probing further. “That is a really sweet tradition. And Charles is right. Why should he ruin a family tradition, or in this case, a grandmother-granddaughter tradition, just because the fans and media think YN must attend the Grand Prix in person? From the sounds of it, all parties seem happy with how things are.”

Nico, who had been listening intently, nodded in agreement and added, “Absolutely. Family traditions are important, and it’s heartwarming to hear about the bond between your sister and grandmother. It’s not always about being physically present at the races; it’s about the shared experience and the memories they create together.”

Charles smiled thankfully at Lewis and Nico before agreeing with them. “Yeah, everyone is happy with how things are, and it doesn’t matter because, in the end, we always have a nice big family dinner with everyone. For the second part of your question about why it took so long for my sister to make an appearance, there is also a simple answer. My sister recently turned 18 years old, meaning she now counts as an adult. However, when I started in Formula 1, she was only 12 years old, meaning she was a little girl. My family and I had a long talk about this when I first started racing, and none of us felt comfortable with the thought of her getting swarmed by the media or fans at such a young age. We wanted her to be able to go to school or meet up with friends without getting photographed all the time. As some of you might have seen, I only posted pictures of my sister where her face was covered up just for privacy. But now she is 18 years old, she made the decision to attend this weekend, so I’ll respect that. However, I still ask everybody to not swarm her and leave her as much privacy as possible. She is here to watch the race and not to be the new art piece for social media."

With the strong words from the Ferrari driver, the media stopped asking questions about the youngest Leclerc, making her brother's life a bit easier this weekend.

The next few days passed quickly and YN enjoyed every minute with it. Not only was the young girl able to see her brothers all of the time, but everybody was also so nice to her. AT the Ferrari garage, the mechanics always greeted her and answered all her questions. The other team members were always quick to inform YN about the newest paddock Gossip over some watermelon and strawberry gelato. Carlos, her brothers team mate, told her all of Charles embarrassing stories, making her laugh till she cried. And the best part for her was, that her family was always there as well. And before she could even blink, it was finally race day.

The air was electric at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, where the excitement of the Formula 1 race filled the atmosphere with palpable energy. YN, a bright-eyed girl with a heart full of enthusiasm, stood between her two older brothers, Arthur and Lorenzo. The three of them wore matching Ferrari shirts, their faces painted with the iconic red logo.

“Can you believe we’re finally here?” YN exclaimed, her eyes sparkling as she took in the sprawling racetrack and the roaring engines.

“I know! It’s incredible!” Arthur replied, grinning broadly. He ruffled her hair affectionately. “You’re going to love this, YN. Just wait until the race starts!”

Lorenzo leaned in closer, his voice a mix of excitement and pride. “And just think, you’re going to see Charles out there racing! This is his second home track!”

YN's eyes widened with joy. “I can’t wait! I’ve watched him on TV, but seeing him in person is going to be amazing!”

“Look! There he is!” YN pointed excitedly as Charles, her older brother, appeared on the screen, adjusting his helmet and climbing into his Ferrari.

“Go, Charles!” Arthur shouted, pumping his fist in the air. Lorenzo joined in, his voice booming, “You’ve got this, Charles! Show them what you’re made of!”

With the race about to begin, YN felt a flutter of nerves mixed with excitement. “What if he sees us?” she asked, her voice a mixture of hope and anxiety.

“He will! He always looks for us,” Lorenzo assured her, wrapping an arm around her shoulder. “And he’ll be so happy to see you here for your first race!”

The lights turned green, and the cars shot off the line, the sound of engines roaring like a symphony of speed. YN’s eyes were glued to the track, her heart racing in rhythm with the cars as they sped by. “This is so fast! Look at them go!” she shouted, her excitement contagious.

As the laps progressed, the tension in the air grew. YN cheered for Charles, her small voice echoing through the grandstands. “Come on, Charles! You can do it!”

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the race came to an end, and Charles crossed the finish line in a spectacular first place. The crowd erupted in applause, and YN jumped up, beaming. “He did it! He did it!”

Arthur and Lorenzo hugged her tightly. “He’s amazing!” Lorenzo exclaimed, his voice barely able to contain his excitement. “I’m so proud of him!”

As the drivers began to celebrate, YN spotted Charles climbing out of his car, his face lit up with joy. He scanned the crowd, and when his eyes landed on his family, his smile widened even more. “I see them!” he shouted, pointing towards them.

“Charles!” YN screamed, waving her arms wildly.

Charles jogged over to the barrier, his heart swelling with happiness as he spotted his little sister. “YN! Did you enjoy the race?” he called out, leaning over the fence to get a better look at her.

“Of course I did! I loved it! You were amazing!” she exclaimed, her cheeks flushed with excitement.

“Did you really? I’m so glad you’re here!” Charles leaned closer, his eyes shining with pride. “You were cheering so loud! I could hear you!”

“Really?” YN’s eyes widened in disbelief, and she giggled. “I was so nervous! But it was the best day ever!”

Arthur chimed in, “You should’ve seen her, Charles. She was a little ball of energy the whole time!”

“YN, you’re my lucky charm!” Charles laughed, ruffling her hair. “I need you at every race now!”

“I will! I promise!” she giggled back, feeling like the happiest girl in the world.

Lorenzo grinned at his brothers. “You should be proud. You raced well, Charles. You’re amazing out there!”

“Thanks, man. It means a lot,” Charles replied, his voice filled with gratitude. “But the real highlight was seeing YN here. I can’t believe it’s her first time!”

Just then, the crowd roared with applause as Charles’s fellow drivers approached, congratulating him. He turned back to YN, “Let’s take a picture! I want to remember this moment!”

“Yes! Let’s do it!” YN squealed, and the three brothers gathered around her, arms wrapped tightly.

With the sun setting behind them, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink, they posed for a picture. Charles held YN close, a protective arm around her shoulders, while Arthur and Lorenzo beamed with pride.

“Say Ferrari!” Charles instructed, and they all shouted in unison, “Ferrari!”

As they snapped the picture, YN felt a warmth in her heart, knowing that this day would be etched in her memory forever. “I can’t wait for the next race!” she declared, looking up at her brothers.

Y’all ever come home from school excited for the leftovers that you’ve thought about all day and FIND THEM GONE?!?! Jason ate them. Just to spite you. And he won’t even play dumb about it either. He will admit it so carelessly.

“Did you put your name on it?” He’ll shrug with confidence. He gives no fucks. He needs that caloric intake.

Jason is that sibling who you’ll argue with until you’re blue in the face and then text you 20min later with no explanation, just: “food?”. (Said argument was probably about the leftovers btw).

And you’ll still go get food with him because, well, siblings.

Dick is an older brother in the way he’s not even the tiniest bit nonchalant. He will 100% tell the cringiest stories about you in front of anyone you bring home. Unapologetically.

Or drop you off at school with the most EMBARRASSING song blasting from the speakers. He lives for it.

Another thing about Jason? He will absolutely barge into your room, flex in your mirror, knock shit off of your dresser, throw something at you, and then leave. Completely unprovoked.

He probably even steals the current book you’re reading from your nightstand.

It will return a day later out of nowhere.

Imagine just chilling on the couch, scrolling on your phone and suddenly you’re bombarded with their presence.

“Is that a *boy/girl* you’re texting?” Jason will ask as he looks over your shoulder, knowing damn well it’s not.

I think Jason would try to be the brother who acts like he doesn’t care but would most definitely be over your shoulder 24/7 about a lot of things. Dating being one of them.

One time, my brothers shoved me into a box, taped it shut and then set me on the front porch. These two shitheads would do that— or something similar, like hanging you upside down from a grappling hook— and say, “It builds character.”

Ohhhh, that reminds me. You think the two of them are annoying individually. Think of them both TOGETHER.

You try to avoid being around the both of them at any given time, but it’s inevitable.

Like picture yourself coming home after fighting some D-list villain like Condiment King— because of course everyone else was busy— hoping that no one else is back from patrol.

In front of the Batcomputer sits Dick and Jason, there to witness your arrival in your mustard-and-mayonnaise-covered suit. Dick will at least attempt to hide the smile behind his hand.

-Knowing everything allows him to feel comfortable and increases the chances of you actually liking him (or at least, that’s his logic), and it’s the same for being around you 24/7 (though it also helps his paranoia, that he will be there to protect you if anything happens).

-He'd play nice with your parents (lowkey reluctantly) , teachers, background check all your friends, anything to keep himself involved and in the loop surrounding you.

(He definitely has a whole terabyte or more of information about you with a lot of security measures just in case anyone finds it).

I think due to his upbringing (yk, not having a good dad lol) he would compliment you often.

-He's not an overall affectionate guy so it would probably be the subtle 'good work' or pat on the shoulder but he'll try at least.

-That's why he normally goes with gifts- whether tech like mentioned before or anonymously paying for any subscriptions, bills, etc.

You not liking him for any reason would crush his soul.

-He overthinks everything, to the point where if you forget to say hello to him or something he'd convinced he's done something wrong.

-He knows self-loathing isn't good and he's reading too much into it, but it doesn't help when all he can think about is yet another person leaving.

-He knows his behaviour is strange to say the least, but he basically gaslights himself into believing it’s the best choice.

-I don’t think kidnapping would happen unless you get put into serious danger which he then believes warrants keeping you ‘safe’ in the tower, or he overreacts to a trivial thing (he’s in his mother henning mood), decides enough is enough, and then realises what he’s done an hour later and now has to live with the consequences.

Haircut lore: sooooo I just have a basic idea for this, but she cut it for practicality. When she was probably around 12 (when she had long hair) she was given a quest. She was SO excited for the quest since it was her first one, buuuuut it didn’t go too well. She still managed to complete it, but at one point she was losing a fight and the monster was able to grab her by the hair, which hurt a TON and left her in a very bad situation. Someone (maybe an oc I could make??) intervened and saved her. That same day she ran to her mom’s house and cut all her hair so it would never happen again.

Trinna sat atop a high cliff within the camp’s boarders. She hid herself in the shadow of her wings, attempting to separate herself from the world around her. Camp had always been her home, the only one she ever really knew, but now it felt so foreign. It was like she was in another’s skin. Everything felt wrong. Whether she was training or sitting with her half siblings as they all laughed until it hurt, she was tense. She couldn’t laugh with them. She couldn’t focus on her training. She couldn’t do anything, and she knew the reason. The one person who knew her, the one person who understood her, the one person who truly felt like family, left her behind. Those words rang in her head, “The gods don’t care about us, Trin! Can’t you see that!?” It was uncanny seeing Luke act with such anger toward the gods, and what made it worse is that Trinna sat on the cliff side, wishing she could see what Luke did. She wanted to say yes to his absurd idea. To join Luke in “dethroning the gods.” It was an idiotic plan; she knew that, but if she knew how camp would be after he left, she might have just accepted. And that’s what she hated. She would’ve accepted. She knew she had no reason to and maybe it was dumb to think it would fix her, but maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad. Maybe Luke was right, the gods didn’t actually care. Maybe her father was just toying with her when he responded to her letters, but… it never felt like it. And if that was the case, if Hermes really didn’t ever care about her, then she would really have no one. That could’ve been the real reason she denied Luke’s idea. If she had joined him, she would have been accepting that her whole life was a lie, that everything that happened was a facade. She couldn’t accept that, but it doesn’t change how awful camp had become. Not only did everything feel wrong, but everyone acted like she was just about to snap at any moment. The camp knew Trinna hung around her brother a lot, they must’ve suspected that she was still in contact with him. Maybe they even thought she was a spy of some sort. It just made the whole “you’re the new counselor” idea a living nightmare. How could she be a counselor? Sure, everyone always thought she was anyway, but that was Luke’s job! He was better with people, Trinna was better at being annoyed by people. That whole problem was pretty easy to sort out though, she just told the Stoll brothers they were in charge. Of course, she had to get involved if they ever went too far, but that was nearly never the case because half the time it was too entertaining not to allow.

These thoughts went on and on as she waited for the day to pass— until she was interrupted. A strange sound and a gust of wind caught her attention. She lowered her wing and peered at whoever made the sound, unrealistically hoping to see Luke coming to cheer her up, but expecting the Stoll brothers coming to pester her with her own responsibilities. She stared at the shadow underneath a pair of purple sneakers hovering a foot off the ground without processing how it defied the laws of physics. Then the sneakers landed in the grass, and the initial thought “wait, that’s not how that works” hit her like a truck, immediately followed with, “whose shoes are those?????” She looked up to see the person who had interrupted her thoughts and leaped to her feet with her wings fully spread out in excitement. “NO WAY!?!???!!!” Trinna exclaimed, she stared in utter shock at the large, raven-like wings attached to the girl in front of her. The excitement overshadowed the off-putting aura and mystery of the stranger. Trinna stammered for a moment, then just pointed at the girl and managed the word, “WINGS?!”

It's so annoying to me when I come across people who say that tkkers base their belief in taekook on edits and videos that overanalyze. Not saying that there aren't shippers like this but I know this is not the case for alot of tkkers I know and certainly not for me. I had no interest in shipping and theorising on band mates being in a secret relationship when I got into BTS. I just really loved their music and their story.

I noticed taekook while catching up on lives and binging BTS content trying to get to know the members more. I wasn't trying to ship any members, but I was picking up on things with taekook that made me side eye them ngl. The odd tension in lives, the hot and cold behaviour, being overly touchy and familiar with eachothers bodies and personal space while also sometimes acting like they don't know eachother. I tried to brush it off but the vibe they were giving off was like when you start noticing tension between two people in a friend group but nobody talks about it and it becomes the big elephant in the room, only to find out later they were secretly hooking up lol.

After awhile I felt like I had gotten a good grasp on all the friendships and dynamics within the group and yet taekook remained a big question mark to me and fandom discourse certainly didn't help at all. It's only then that I fell into the rabbit hole out of curiousity and most of what I learnt has solidified my suspicions about them. You really don't need analysis videos or shipping edits to notice them because the vibe they give off and the things they do, the way BigHit handled them, these things are enough to make you question. Remember when locals at 2020 Grammy's were asking if they were a couple? Yep, taekook give off boyfriend vibes and we all know it, even the naysayers know it deep down.😂

It doesn't annoy me when other people say that about Taekookers, because I know for a fact that's not what I base my belief on and I think a significant portion of people who say that are trying to convince themselves there's nothing between TK, we just really want there to be. A lot seem to believe that if they get rid of us Taekook's relationship will stop existing, whatever the nature of that relationship is. Personally I hate analysis videos. Like I said previously, when I first starting looking at Taekook those kinds of videos weren't very popular yet. The two big YouTube accounts I followed just posted compilation videos of moments with no analysis. That's all I need. There are so many moments that speak for themselves. I'll be screaming about the nape kiss until the end of time. I'm sorry but there's no way you're going to convince me there's anything platonic about that. Two recent moments I think about a lot are the Sweetheart shirts and Tae's live where we found out Jungkook always sings "To Find You" to him. Those are very loud and obvious imho. I don't need to analyze them. I've also in my own life accurately called these same "vibes" between plenty of people who ended up together. The tells aren't any different for same-sex couples, but some people will readily read romantic/sexual interest into every interaction between a man and a woman but dismiss way more sus moments between two men. I think there would be no question about Taekook for a lot of people if they were a het pair. I do remember the buzz around them at the Grammys. I was just recently thinking about reactions I saw on Twitter to the live where Tae played "Oh No Oh Yes" (where he intentionally "twin flamed" with Jungkook as an anon recently pointed out). That had some people questioning things. First of all, I of course can't comment on a video I can't see. So anyone who wants me to comment on a video should always include a link to that video. Don't assume that I'll know specifically which video you're talking about.

Even if the subject of the video is well known and commonly discussed in the fandom, I cannot comment on a video about it that I haven't seen because every video is going to be framed differently. Most people posting videos make claims about what's happening, they spin the story in a certain way, they crop, edit or remove context, etc., so it does matter which specific video you saw.

So in this case I can only speak very generally.

There have been a few incidents where DD has admonished fans to stop filming him. I don't know which specific incident you're talking about here because I don't have a link to the video.

Having said that - the idea that DD's anger over being harassed by fans who are filming him would have anything to do with GG strikes me as unsupportable. Both GG and DD dislike being filmed in their downtime. DD is especially sensitive to this and he absolutely hates it. There really doesn't need to be any further explanation than that.

Not everything GG and DD do is about romance. In fact, the vast majority of what they do will have absolutely nothing to do with each other or their relationship. I talked about that a bit recently.

People can have CPN about things, but they can't read minds. So if someone thinks DD was upset because of GG, that's just their CPN.

Everyone gets to make their own mind up about how they interpret things. If rationality matters to you, you might want to reflect on what you've seen and ask yourself, "Is what I see in front of my face (for example, DD being hounded by fans in his downtime) enough to explain his behavior? Is there any need to embellish beyond that?"

And isn't trying to turn a moment like that into candy a bit unseemly? He's being hounded on the way to his hotel, he is trying to get people to stop filming him, he gets angry and speaks out about it, and some people's reaction is to try to turn it into candy? Not something I'd be into doing. For me, such moments are off limits.

If other people find some sweetness there that's their right, but it's not where I look for candy.

Sometimes I really struggle with the fact that my focus is actually my own original fiction but I don't want to post it online here because most only care about fandom and fan works...think I've only shown one friend any original writing of mine in the past like 6 years, painstakingly copypasted into discord a while back (sorry Francel, I still haven't continued the story I was showing you XD).

Sometimes I find self-published stuff from other people and find I have no interest. Or the writing's bad or unedited and I struggle already with reading stuff these days anyway. Like...is that me? Am I also like these people? Would I also engender the same reaction if I were to self-publish? Or even send in my writing to literary agents? Moreover, do I want people making fanworks of my stuff and getting the characterization wrong or making up things that aren't there because my writing isn't good enough for them and they have a bone to pick with me when all I'm doing is writing something I want to read and just happened to be marketable? I get that this is not often the case but I see people constantly bitching about this or that in a published work these days and just feel like I would ignore everyone completely so I don't have to deal with it. I'd be a terrible famous author. I'd also hire a team of lawyers to make sure no one makes some shitty hollywood derivative of my work that white washes and sanitizes everything until 150 years after my death, but I mean that actually seems like a smart thing to do these days if you don't want some asshole director coming in and saying 'what if the protag was some white dude and it was just a clone of conan the barbarian because i really wanted to direct conan the barbarian but they didn't let me!' (if you know you know) (i know a lot of lawyers btw so if i were ever in this situation i'd have a clause that lets me shut the whole thing down, like fuck that guy and his ego, he made a terrible movie and there's a reason they didn't let him take over conan the barbarian)

It's the same ol problem I've been wrestling with since first joining ff.net when I was 14. At least my family likes my writing. When my grandma was alive she totally shipped some of my characters together, which was hilarious. I think she'd enjoy the stuff I wrote after she passed. My parents probably wonder if I've quit entirely...

Well, since making it off duloxetine I've been a lot more motivated to write and draw. We'll see if I can get back to it. Will I share it with the world? ...only the fanfic, probably. If i ever get famous you'll know it was me because somehow dragons are involved when they normally aren't and there's one character with social anxiety who speaks in run-on sentences when flustered. Yes 5 years isn't so much but it makes perfect sense in your story. Like, Marc going for older guys usually, and then Bez is 5 years YOUNGER and all of a sudden, five (5!!!) Years feels like a lot, especially given the fact that Marc started to win in higher classes and Bez was still going to school. And the fact that he's a bit insecure shows how deeply he cares and he wants everything to be perfect. And while knowing that Bez is THE ONE for him, he also needs Alex's opinion on it.

For the Bez pov, yes I actually meant the scene you refered to, but a meet up with his boyfriend's brother (=other half) is amazing too, looking forward to that!!!!

AND THE SNIPPET, shame on me, I've read it and then got distracted and then forgot to react, it was so cute. Like the confusion, but the fact that Jorge's date of birth is his code, like, omg. How did that happen though? Like, at which point of their relationship becoming something did Dani change it? When he developed a crush? Did Jorge find out and was like why on earth is that my birthday??? Wait, is that even my birthday? *checks ID* it is my birthday, Dani what the hell? But then Jorge thinks about it when he lies awake in bed that night and has the strange urge to get Dani's birthday as his own passcode.

YES especially cause he loves Bez like THAT much and normally he's the younger one in the relationship (and he heard a lot of warning in that position from the people that care about him like Alex, maybe his parents if they knew and Santi. Yeah definitely Santi.) But now Bez is the younger one and now he's worried that all the worries the people he loved had for him now apply to Bez.

I wasn't sure if you saw it cause you mentioned being quite busy (wouldn't be problem and of course you don't need to react to anything) and Jorge's reaction when he first found out. I LOVE IT. Especially him checking his ID. Or he's questioning Dani what it means cause he assumes it holds some significance to him but isn't actually his birthday like he thinks it's a coincidence. And he then changes his code to Dani's birthday. OH MY HEART! I LOVE IT. OR-! OR-! Okay let's ignore for a moment that Pedrenzo definitely knows each other passwords cause ✨mutual trust✨and in case there's an emergency. But what if Jorge didn't know. So when Dani woke up and starts to argue with Jorge and he still doesn't believe they are dating he's like "Why the fuck would my password be your birthday? Did you do that?" and he's like "Your what is my what?" and he blushes cause that's so sweet and he didn't know and right now he's staring at Dani who wants to suffucate him with a pillow.

i guess it's because edgeworth (who's someone you don't really associate with romance and stuff) said that the venue was romantic and honestly. i can understand phoenix's reaction VERY well like. it's so uncharacteristic of him it's scary. so i think the first explanation that came into his mind was that edgworth wanted to get married (for some reason) and thus edgeworth's response

A Glimpse in Jinyoung Park's Basement (Headcanons)

most of these are scenarios and in Jinyoung's POV

Being a madman of a scientist Jinyoung Park is, he kept himself busy and always cooped up inside his lab.

He's probably spending most of his time formulating drugs and injecting them to his newfound guinea pigs, namely:

Daniel: the mysterious guy Eugene brought to him. He was shocked to discover his body's completeness and continued to inject drugs into him to test his limits. But ever since finding his secret about his two bodies, he decided to leave him in deep sleep (as shown in the webtoon). This is to probably wake up his other body (little Daniel) since he kept this body awake for too long. His other body might die of fatigue.

Next was Johan: He'd be unconscious the entire time (a well-deserved rest for the poor guy who's been soloing for too long) and if ever he wakes up, it'd just be for a short time and Jinyoung would probably go easy on him because he sees that he wasn't "smiling" and didn't attempt to smooth talk him like Daniel did. So he wasn't that harsh on him and just gave him sleep shots and pain relievers. He'd probably notice his right eye, too. and oh my god, I think Jinyoung Park might be able to cure his eyes 🥹😭😭 (yes im rly holding on to that pls daddy jinyoung i believe you're rly a nice guy 🥺)

On the other hand, Samuel 💀💀: Poor kid constantly triggers Jinyoung's sadistic tendencies to the point of using "toys" to basically toy with him. 💀 The scene where he screamed when he woke up in the lab probably pissed off Jinyoung and gave him a bad impression (the old man's p sensitive lol). Because of that, he's now getting most of Jinyoung's wack test drugs 🥹 (rip sammy big F)

The mad scientist seems to know the workings of body switching, based on his reaction to Daniel. So, it's either he knows one with the same case, or he might be even one of them too, or... he's the one responsible for the "switching between two bodies" phenomenon (a failed experiment, perhaps?)

Jinyoung also mentioned how he hated smiling when he talked to Daniel: he could be referring to a person's optimism/carefreeness (prolly consciousness or sanity too), he hated how people are breezily living their life without worries, unlike him who suffered all his life living on edge struck with anxiety (i might also just be overthinking that scene lol).

Although, Jinyoung had some sane moments when he'd sit down and talk to himself/to his three unconscious labrats. He goes on and on about his good ol' days in their fist gang: armwrestling with Gapryong, zooming around Seoul with their driver, Noh Bakgu, and keeping in touch with them and their fist's other members.

He talked about how he was filled with joy after receiving the news of Gapryong finally having a child with his wife--and how he proudly told how he closely resembled him.

He talked about how he would've loved to meet his mini version, and talk about life after they disbanded.

But hearing about his found brother's assassination devastated him, how it remained a mystery all these years kept him awake at night. He's had intrusive thoughts on who might've killed their leader, and they took a severe toll on his mental stability.

Jinyoung, through Noh Bakgu and Choi Bongae, was able to convene all their remaining members to help him out crack the unsolved case.

He's also heard of Chungcheong's 1st Gen King, Kwak Jichang, who offered his and his gang's hand in the investigation. He wants to personally meet him to show his gratitude for his aid.

Aside from gang stories, he would share some of his personal life too: what his childhood dream was (to become a community doctor), how his life was like outside fights, and meeting the only woman he ever loved, but eventually had to give her up to his childhood friend so that she won't get roped into gang wars.

His ramblings and storytelling usually end up with him getting stressed and agitated at the memory of Gapryong's death, which would activate his unhinged state.

His trigger word is obviously "ELITE" lol mine's ch*rles cho* we twinning

But if any of them is awake tho, Samuel, most of the time, he'd ask more about how Gapryong was like in their younger years (yeah he's still gapryong's #1 fangirl duh) which makes his ramblings a lot longer, easing his stress/anger levels... up until he gets ticked off by Samuel's cocky attitude and subjects him to more of his ruthless experiments.

(he's actually glad he at least has an audience for his stories, it lightens up the burden he'd been carrying)

HE CURES JOHAN'S EYES I MANIFEST 🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯

He's a clean freak, a germophobe. So when he saw Samuel's doodled sketch pad of a body, it irked him. He didn't want to keep him in his lab, but he had no choice. Jinyoung's annoyance grew more when he opened his mouth.

90% certain Jinyoung purposely didn't wrap Samuel's nether regions with the restraint strap to torture his balls with how freezing the aircon temp is (in hopes of toning down his bitchyness). 💀💀

Bonus HCs for when when Allied Crew + Jake infiltrate the 1st Affiliate

Daniel, Johan, and Samuel would have a conversation, most likely when Jinyoung Park isn't in the lab and forced to deal with the trespassers.

All three of them are bald by that point. 😭😭

Johan would be the first one to wake up (being the one who suffered the least. talk about Jinyoung picking favorites 😤😤)

He wakes up Daniel and Samuel.

Little Daniel had passed out during a fight inside the First Affiliate premises. He shot his eyes open and immediately squinted at the huge blinding lights above him. Finally, he woke up in his other body.

Of course, Daniel has already formulated a plan to escape.

Daniel: thank GOD this body is still alive. *faces the other two* johan? samuel? i don't know why they locked you two up down here too but im glad that you are both alive. and I have a plan how to get out of here, so let's g--

Johan and Samuel, in unison: you're bald.

Daniel, seeing his reflection in one of the steel tables: WHAT THE HELL??

Daniel: you guys are the one to talk though. you're bald as eggs too.

Samuel: yeah no shit kid i was awake when that sadist doctor fucking shaved my head. no need to remind me of the trauma.

Johan: oH FUCK… I-I'M BALD!?

Daniel: what's the matter, johan?

Johan, in tears: MOM WOULD FUCKING KILL ME.
